SIX-FIGURE LOGIC
Assign values to A–F. Each letter represents a different integer from 1 to 10.
THE GOAL
- Assign values to each of the six letters A through F so as to satisfy all clues.
THE RULES
- Each letter A–F must be assigned a different integer from 1 to 10.
- No value repeats across the six letters.
- Every letter must be assigned — even those that don't appear in any clue.
- The solution must satisfy all clues simultaneously.
- Each puzzle has exactly one correct solution.
THE ELIMINATION GRID
The grid shows values 1–10 for each letter. Use it to track which values are still possible.
Left click
Lock this value for this letter — crosses out all other values in the same row and the same number in all other rows. Also fills the answer dropdown.
Right click
Manually toggle a single cell as eliminated (crossed out). Use this to manually rule out values one by one.
Reset Grid
Resets the grid to its initial state.
CHECKING YOUR ANSWER
Use the answer dropdowns (A =, B =, …) to record your final answer. Click Check Answer — each clue turns green if satisfied or red if contradicted by your inputs.
DIFFICULTY
EASY The puzzle can be solved through a sequence of deductions from individual clues.
MEDIUM Some deductions require combining two or more clues simultaneously.
HARD Several multi-clue deduction steps are required.
EXPERT Requires clever tactics, critical thinking, and complex combinations of clues.
ARITHMETIC
A + B = NA plus B equals N.
A – B = NA minus B equals N. Note A > B always holds.
A * B = NA times B equals N.
COMPARISON
A > BA is greater than B.
A < BA is less than B.
PARITY & PRIMALITY
A is evenA ∈ {2, 4, 6, 8, 10}.
A is oddA ∈ {1, 3, 5, 7, 9}.
A is primeA ∈ {2, 3, 5, 7}.1 is not prime.
A is not primeA ∈ {1, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10}.
RANKING
A is the largestA is greater than all other five values.Does not mean A = 10.
A is not the largestAt least one other letter has a higher value than A.
A is the smallestA is less than all other five values.Does not mean A = 1.
A is not the smallestAt least one other letter has a lower value than A.
POSITIONAL
A is adjacent to B|A – B| = 1. They are consecutive integers.Order doesn't matter: A could be above or below B.
A is between B and Cmin(B,C) < A < max(B,C).B and C can be in any order. If B=3, C=7 then A ∈ {4,5,6}.
A is not between B and CA < min(B,C) or A > max(B,C).If B=3, C=7 then A ∈ {1,2,8,9,10}.
A is closer to B than to C|A–B| < |A–C|.Does not imply A is between B and C. If B=3, C=7 then A ∈ {1,2,4}.
XOR
A or B is even (not both)Exactly one of A, B is even; the other is odd.If A is even → B is odd, and vice versa.
A or B is prime (not both)Exactly one of A, B is prime; the other is not.If A is prime → B is not prime, and vice versa.
GLOBAL EXCLUSIONS
No two letters sum to NNo pair of values in {A,B,C,D,E,F} adds up to N.A single letter may equal N. Three or more values summing to N is allowed.
No two letters multiply to NNo pair of values in {A,B,C,D,E,F} multiplies to N.A single letter may equal N if no other letter is 1.
