SIX-FIGURE LOGIC
YOUR RATING:

THE GOAL
- Each puzzle consists of a set of clues, and six unknown variables (A, B, C, D, E, F).
- Your goal is to assign a unique number (1–10) to each of the six letters so that all clues are satisfied.
- Each letter must be assigned a different number. No repeats.
- Each letter must be assigned a number even if that letter does not appear in any clue.
THE ELIMINATION GRID
The grid is your scratchpad. Each row is a letter (A–F), each column is a possible value (1–10).
Left clickTap
Toggle a single cell — manually eliminate (or restore) a candidate.
Right clickLong press
Lock in a value — crosses out everything else in that row and column.
Ctrl + Left click
Same as right click.

CHECKING YOUR ANSWER
- Set each letter's value using the grid or the answer dropdowns.
- Press CHECK when you think you have the solution.
- Each clue turns green if satisfied, or red if contradicted by your inputs.
- If all your clues turn green, you have solved the puzzle! If any clue turns red, you will receive a strike.
- Three wrong checks (strikes) result in an automatic forfeit.
TIPS
- Hover over any clue to see a plain-English explanation of what it means.
- Start with the most restrictive clues — arithmetic clues (+, -, *) narrow things down fast.
- Use the grid to cross off values you've ruled out. When a row is down to one cell, you've found that letter's value.

DIFFICULTY
EASY 800–1000 · Puzzles can be solved one clue at a time.
MEDIUM 1001–1400 · Stop and think how to combine clues to determine the solution.
HARD 1401–1800 · Elaborate multi-step deductions required throughout.
EXPERT 1801+ · Nothing collapses easily — expect to rack your brain every step of the way.
HOW RATING WORKS
- Whenever you solve a rated puzzle with 0 mistakes, your rating will increase, regardless of solve time.
- The faster your solve time, the more points you earn (up to a limit).
- Solving with 1 or 2 strikes (incorrect checks) may lower your rating depending on your rating vs. the puzzle's rating.
- If you forfeit or get 3 strikes your rating decreases.
YOUR RATING (± RD)
- Everyone starts at 1000 ± 350. The ± number is your rating uncertainty — it shrinks as you play more rated puzzles.
- Higher uncertainty means bigger swings after each rated game, in either direction.
- If you stop playing rated puzzles for a while, the ± number increases.
MISTAKES
- Each wrong CHECK adds a strike and a time penalty.
- Fewer mistakes = A better result, regardless of solve time.
- Three mistakes triggers an automatic forfeit.
- Forfeiting always counts as a loss.
⚠ YOUR DATA
- Your rating, solve history, and daily puzzle progress are stored in your browser's local storage — not on any server.
- Clearing your browser history or site data permanently deletes everything — your rating resets to 1000 ± 350 and all solve history is lost.
- This includes Chrome's "Delete browsing data" (unless you uncheck 'cookies and other site data'), Firefox's "Clear history", Safari's "Clear history and website data", and any equivalent in other browsers.
- Private / Incognito mode also starts fresh every session — progress made there will not be saved.
